Termeh Raji (PhD)
Founder and Managing Director
I am a scientist and operations leader with 20+ years in healthcare and life sciences. Most recently I was Head of Operations at eXmoor Pharma, where I established a project management office for 30+ projects and built revenue forecasting that stayed above 90% accurate against budget.
I set up Weftline to give smaller organisations the same project control, so they always know where each project, and each pound, stands.
