About the founder
Termeh Ahmadraji (PhD)
Founder and Managing Director
Senior operations leader and PhD scientist, with 20+ years in regulated life sciences and senior leadership experience.
I set up Weftline to give smaller organisations the project control and forecasting that larger companies rely on.
How I lead
I lead with clarity and trust. I set clear goals, give people the tools to track them, and then let them deliver. I build agreement across teams by listening first and influencing through evidence, without relying on authority.
Experience
Large and small contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), such as Catalent, Patheon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) and eXmoor Pharma, and a medical device start-up.
